Art. 1 Conditions of use

Any person connecting to the site www.silvasud-environnement.fr (hereafter the “Site”) undertakes to respect these General Conditions of Use. For certain services, they may entail additional special conditions. 

SILVASUD ENVIRONNEMENT reserves the right to modify and update access to the Site and/or these Conditions of Use at any time. These modifications and updates concern all users, who must refer to this section regularly to check the General Conditions in force. 

Art. 2 Personal Data and other data

2.1 The data is exclusively intended for SILVASUD ENVIRONNEMENT, its subsidies or other members of its commercial network for enquiries, analyses, institutional communications, operations related to customer management, and/or, if you agree, commercial propositions. This information is confidential and saved by SILVASUD ENVIRONNEMENT, its subsidiaries, and the members of its commercial network. In conformity with the 06/01/78 Information Technology and Freedom Law, you have the right to access, rectify, and/or delete this data. You also have the right to refuse the use or processing of this data by contacting us at the following postal address: 27 Chemin des parties, Quartier Voulonne - 84220 Cabrières-d'Avignon, or via e-mail at the address silvasudenvironnement@silvasud.fr. 

Your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an ID with your signature. The request must specify the address to which an answer should be sent.

If you wish to set up a hyperlink to our Site, you must contact the Site Manager. Under no circumstances may SILVASUD ENVIRONNEMENT be held responsible for the content of any sites having a hyperlink from our Site.

The prices or rates mentioned on our pages are the “recommended maximum price” at the time of the latest Site update. These prices may vary depending on the retailers. Moreover, such recommended maximum prices are subject to change periodically, or when the SILVASUD ENVIRONNEMENT product ranges change. 

Art. 6 Clearly unlawful content

In conformity with the 21/06/2004 Law on Confidence in the Economy, you are entitled to alert the host of the presence of any content that you consider unlawful by completing the form available via this link formulaire téléchargeable (click on the link).
